Cans |
| are a big environmental problem. A big bunch of all cans produced are either thrown away or disposed of in other ways barring them from being recycled. Beer in cans is pasteurized. We exclusively use returnable bottles for our Schneider Weisse.

Is enforced by farmers who are committed to farming in compliance with the guidelines of the state "Landeskuratorium fuer Pflanzenbau" in Bavaria.
These guidelines refer to all cultivation-specific processes, such as fertilizing. Its execution is controlled neutrally. The turf is hereby checked for its own qualitites from which the the best care and fertilizing quantity are derived.

| is the hygienically proven cap on the returnable bottle. The crown cork was invented by William Painter from Baltimore, Maryland, and has been used since 1892.

Crystal |
| is our specialty Schneider Weisse wheatbeer without yeast. The completely fermented wheatbeer is filtered to remove the entire yeast. Therefore no bottle fermentation takes place here. Schneider Weisse Crystal is a clear, tickling wheatbeer , light in color. Its crystal values: 12.3% original gravity and 5.3% alcohol by volume.
